The iWin Summit is a Community Gathering of socially conscious innovators, thought leaders, inspirational speakers, and change agents committed to revolutionizing the way we work, live, and play in our neighborhoods and communities.
Our Goal
Through this annual summit, we unite the residents of Memphis to discuss and resolve some of the most pressing issues facing our community. Thereby, creating meaningful pathways that lead to recognizable and sustainable growth.

We are extremely excited to host community gatherings like these and provide ways by which seemingly difficult situations can be addressed in a way that acknowledges our differences, unites our commonalities, and promotes dignity and equity for all.

Direction
The City of Memphis is a growing urban community striving to rise above its past to recognize a brighter future. Following the 50th Anniversary and commemoration of slain civil rights activist, Dr Martin Luther King, a legion of slogans began to reemerge like, “I Am A Man, I AM Memphis, and Bring Your Soul, which raises the question, “Where Do We Go From Here?”More importantly, How Do We Get There Together?
Action
The spirit of entrepreneurship, self empowerment and equitable distribution of important resources are just a few topics that will be front and center at the community gathering. Our panelists, moderators, and guests will roll up their sleeves and work together to build accountability strategies that keep our community leaders, elected officials, and businesses moving in the right direction.
Renewal
As social change catalysts in our own right, we support the renewed interest in growing commerce and culture in Memphis. We have twelve workshops planned for our attendees that will not only give everyone a voice for what needs to happen around Memphis, but also attendees will be uplifted by motivational speakers who will share their journey to becoming their best self from the inside out.
