Presenters

Each presenter will be provided with a wireless microphone to facilitate high quality and well balanced acoustics for your presentation.

We do not provide hard copies of presentations or handouts to attendees. If there are presentations being made that require a powerpoint or video set-up, our technical manager will work with you ahead of the summit to organize and test set up of presentation.

Presentations should last no longer than 10 minutes in panels with three presenters. At the close of each presentation, each presenter will take their seats and await panel discussion and audience Q&A.

Below is a guideline for a well-timed session; this sample session runs from 9:00 – 10:15. For three presenter sessions, each presenter has 10 minutes.

9:00 – 9:05: The facilitator introducers presenters; lays out ground rules and goals for the session.

9:05 – 9:15:    First presenter presents.

9:15 – 9:25:     Second presenter presents.

9:25 – 9:35:    Third presenter presents.

9:35 – 10:00:  The facilitator welcomes the presenters to a panel discussion of the session’s topic.

10:00 – 10:15: The facilitator will open the discussion to audience member s for Q&A and community discussion.

At the iWin Summit, we welcome interaction between presenters and audience members. Much of this interaction happens within or is stimulated by the session discussions. With this in mind, please allow a full 15 minutes for audience questions and commentary. This 15 minute period is separate from the time normally provided to panelists responding to the facilitator commentary.

All sessions at the summit will be evaluated using online survey. We ask participants for an overall rating of the session, the impact of session topics on their individual learning, and ideas for ways to further explore the topics in the future. A report with the responses will be available a few weeks following the summit.
